Questions, answered.
The questions we get asked most — about the work, the disciplines, pricing, and where we work. Still not sure? A twenty-minute diagnostic call sorts it fast.
About OpSight USA
- What does OpSight USA do?
- We’re an operations, AI, and systems firm: we pinpoint what’s dragging on a business, build the fix — software included — and don’t leave until it runs on its own. Five disciplines, one team, start to finish.
- Who is OpSight USA for?
- Founder-led and small-to-midsize companies that have outgrown spreadsheets and group chats — but aren’t looking for enterprise software they won’t use or an open-ended agency retainer.
- How is OpSight USA different from a consultant or an agency?
- A consultant hands you a recommendation; an agency hands you a deliverable and moves on. We diagnose, build the actual fix — custom software included — and stay until the system runs without us.
- What does “one team, end to end” mean?
- You hire one firm that owns the outcome, not six vendors whose seams you have to manage. The people you talk to are the people building the systems.
Services & disciplines
- What services does OpSight USA offer?
- Operations & AI, custom software, brand & marketing, web design, and talent — five disciplines delivered by one team. Operations comes first; the rest join as the work calls for them.
- Do I have to use all five disciplines?
- No. Most engagements use two or three. Operations is the entry point — we diagnose first, then bring in only the disciplines the problem actually requires.
- What does an engagement look like?
- The same four steps regardless of discipline: Diagnose, Design, Build, Stay. We find the bottleneck, architect the fix around how you operate, build it, and refine until it runs without us.
- Do you build custom software, or just advise?
- We build. We use off-the-shelf tools where they fit and build custom software — automation, internal tools, AI enablement, websites — where they don’t.
Lake Mary, Orlando & Florida
- Where is OpSight USA based?
- Lake Mary, Florida — Seminole County, 32746. We’re a service-area business: no walk-in storefront, we come to you.
- Do you work on site or remotely?
- Both. For engagements around Lake Mary and Orlando we come to you — most include at least one on-site visit a month. Everywhere else in Florida we run the same engagement remotely.
- Which areas do you serve?
- Seminole County and the greater Orlando metro on site — Lake Mary, Sanford, Heathrow, Longwood, Orlando, Winter Park, Maitland, Oviedo, Lake Nona — and the rest of Florida remotely.
- Do you work with businesses across all of Florida?
- Yes. From our Lake Mary base we take on operations, AI, web, brand, and marketing work statewide — Tampa, Jacksonville, Miami, and everywhere between — delivered remotely.
- Do you work with businesses outside Central Florida?
- Yes. We’re hands-on around Lake Mary and Orlando and deliver the same work remotely to businesses across Florida and nationwide.
Pricing & getting started
- How much does OpSight USA cost?
- It depends on scope, which we set during a free 20-minute diagnostic. Engagements are priced to the depth of the work, not a fixed retainer you can’t justify.
- How much is a website?
- Tell us your budget and we’ll scope to it — there’s no minimum to clear. For reference, typical projects land around $1,200, $1,800 or $3,000 depending on how many pages you need and how much work the site has to do. No templates.
- Is the diagnostic call really free?
- Yes. No cost, no obligation. If we’re the right team for the work, we’ll scope a paid engagement after. If not, we’ll point you somewhere useful.
- How do I get started?
- Book a free 20-minute diagnostic call. We’ll listen for what’s slowing the business down and name the highest-leverage place to start.
Working together
- How long do engagements take?
- It varies with scope. What doesn’t vary: engagements end when the systems run without us — not before, and not on an arbitrary retainer clock.
- Do you stay after the build?
- Yes. We refine as the business evolves and stay until the work operates without us. For websites, ongoing support is available as a one-time build or a low monthly plan.
- What size businesses do you work with?
- Small and mid-sized, often founder-led — companies that have outgrown spreadsheets and group chats but aren’t ready for enterprise software or an agency retainer.
Twenty minutes usually settles it.
